People seem to forget the fact that the words “proof” and “evidence” are different for a reason. They do not mean the same thing and they are not interchangeable.
For starters, anecdotal evidence is the worst kind of evidence in the world. The idea that accepting this mans account of his time travel experience as “proof” is says juvenile and absurd.
As for the video proof, there’s a couple of glaring things that being immediate doubt: Anyone that knows an older person with a tattoo knows that as people age, tattoos become faded and distorted with time as the skin changes. The tattoo on his “future self” was suspiciously sharp and new looking. Additionally, even though it has been doing so for thousands of years before so, apparently fashion has stopped evolving in the future and this mans future self is wearing modern day clothing. Either that or forward time travel is real and his older self just conveniently put on antiquated clothing for the video for some unknown reason. Not to mention that it could be easily faked. And to pose yet another question: How did he get back?
According to Hawking, the universe has a wonderful set of laws that it uses to govern its self to prevent paradoxes. Because of this, backwards time travel is impossible because it would be too easy to create a paradox. Yes, we know for a fact that future time travel is possible, but backwards is not.

He says he runs into himself at 70. Yet the tattoo on the older gentleman’s arm has not aged one bit.
FAKE. Black tribal tattoos start to fade after a few years, and if he was lets say, 40 when he got the tat, 30 years later, that tatt would look like shit unless he just happened to get it retouched before this “miracle” took place.
