Canon has officially announced their new ‘cheap’ DSLR, the EOS Rebel T2i. Featuring an 18 megapixel CMOS sensor, it can capture 18.7 megapixel stills at 3.7 fps and the ability to record Full HD video at up to 30 fps, along with 720p at 50 / 60 fps. Other features a 3 inch LCD display, an expanded ISO range of 100 to 6400, a 9-point AF, and the 1080p video shooting at 30 / 25 / 24 fps. The Canon EOS Rebel T2i will hit retail in March for $800, with a EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS lens kit at $900
